The visionary who saw the future before it arrived.
Shri Madan Lal Aggarwal, our founding grandfather, was a true pioneer in India's rigid plastic packaging industry. In the 1970s, when the industry was still in its infancy — burdened by license restrictions and the quota raj — he envisioned a bold future where plastic packaging would redefine safety and efficiency in industrial applications.
At a time when acids and solvents were stored in fragile glass bottles inside tin containers filled with sand, he dared to offer an alternative: rigid plastic containers. His foresight helped transform how Indian industries approached packaging.
Born in a small town in Rajasthan, he travelled across India and Tibet, gaining deep insights into the needs of people and businesses. With this knowledge, he established one of Delhi's earliest manufacturing units dedicated to industrial rigid plastic packaging.
By his side through every challenge and triumph was the love of his life — Shrimati Sharda Devi. She was not only his life partner but also his guiding light and constant source of inspiration. Her strength, grace, and quiet wisdom played a profound role in shaping the values that still guide us today.

A legacy of hands-on wisdom and quiet strength
Shri Om Prakash Mittal, son of our visionary founder, became an active part of the business in his early twenties. A Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) graduate from Delhi University, he stepped into the world of industrial packaging with a natural instinct for machinery and production.
Known affectionately within the company as a “man of machines,” this identity is not just a title — it is who he is. His deep, intuitive connection with machines and manufacturing processes has shaped our technical foundation and continues to drive our operational excellence.
But his expertise doesn’t end there. A true master of materials, he understands the science behind polymers and their application like few others can. He leads us in combining material innovation with process efficiency — constantly raising the bar.
Even today, he remains deeply involved in the business, guiding us with his hands-on wisdom, mentoring with quiet discipline, and inspiring with his unwavering commitment to quality and progress.

Like his father before him, Manish Mittal has always had a deep passion for machines and manufacturing technology. His affinity for machinery is not just a skill but an integral part of his identity.
This passion drives his continuous exploration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
With a B.Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance and Operations from IBS Hyderabad, Manish blends technical expertise with business strategy.
He was instrumental in designing our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kasna, Greater Noida, which stands as a testament to the company’s commitment to quality, precision, and advanced technology.
As the head of overall management, Manish is actively exploring new markets, expanding the company’s presence, and positioning it for long-term growth. His leadership fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

The young force
Prashant Mittal represents the new generation of leadership at our company — a dynamic personality who brings a sharp, modern perspective to everything he touches.
A commerce graduate, Prashant began his professional journey with KPMG, where he gained valuable insights into business operations and financial systems.
He then pursued an MSc in Finance from the University of Exeter, UK, further honing his analytical and strategic thinking. After gaining international experience with Fidelity International, he made the conscious decision to return to his roots and join the family business.
A marketing genius, he brings energy and intuition to branding, customer engagement, and business development. Internally, he also serves as our legal and compliance expert.
With a finger on the pulse of modern business and a deep respect for our legacy, Prashant bridges tradition and transformation.
